Sustainability in the workplace – Postwink invitation

It can be a lot of fun with interesting ideas shared when sustainability practitioners get together, share their practical insights on how sustainability can enhance how we operate and do business. Postwink recently held a workshop for their clients at the Kraaifontein Material Recovery Facility, outside Cape Town, focused on sustainability in the workplace. TOMA-Now was there to share simple ways companies can enhance their current operations through collaborative partnerships.

The event did not disappoint. Aside from the opportunity to engage with several experts and learn more about the City of Cape Town’s Think Twice recycling initiative, we were treated to a tour of the Kraaifontein Material Recovery facility. Check out some pics and insights during the tour of the Kraaifontein facility here.

The expert guest speakers went out of their way to entice participants with 3 great takeaways including:

  • First-hand account on how the City of Cape Town implements its Think Twice Recycling Initiative, understanding their wins and challenges – including a tour of the Recycling Facility.
  • 3 Practical ways to create collaborative partnerships in your value chain that can save you money and time.
  • Key principles to get your recycling project running with optimum participation using the Social Change Marketing approach; as well as important Sustainable Communication guidelines.

Don’t hesitate to contact us if you’d like to know more about some of these takeaways, particularly collaborative partnerships – how to save time and money.
